One More Pan

Terms of Use

Effective November 6, 2026

In short: enjoy the game for your own fun, don't copy or resell it, and purchases are handled by the store you bought from.

1. Who these terms are with

One More Pan (the "game") is made by AppDrop ("we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and AppDrop. By downloading or playing the game you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.

2. Your licence to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, under the rules of the store you got it from.

You may not copy, resell, rent or redistribute the game, or extract, reverse engineer or reuse its code, art, music or other content, except where the law allows it regardless of these terms. You're welcome to stream the game and share videos and screenshots of it.

3. Where you got the game

If you got the game from Steam, Valve's Steam Subscriber Agreement also applies. If you got it from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies, and these terms add to it. If you got it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. Where those store terms and these terms disagree, the store terms win.

4. Purchases

On phones, panning is free and the camp (the 3D creek, the campfire, the wild visitors and the Creek Radio songs) can be unlocked with a one-time in-app purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and their refund policies apply; we can't issue refunds ourselves. An unlock is tied to your store account and can be restored on another device signed in to the same account (Settings → Restore purchases).

Promotional codes are issued through the App Store or Google Play, can only be redeemed there, have no cash value and can't be sold.

5. The game's content

The game, including its code, art, music and text, belongs to AppDrop and its licensors. Some art comes from free asset libraries and is used under their licences. The Creek Radio songs were made with the help of AI music tools before release; no content is generated while you play.

The panning steps are inspired by real placer panning, but the game is entertainment, not mining advice. Before prospecting for real, check the rules and claims where you are.

6. Links to other sites

The game and this website link to other sites, such as SoundCloud and our app Bedrock. We're not responsible for other companies' sites; their own terms apply.

7. Updates

We may update the game to fix problems or add things, and some updates may change how parts of it work. Updates are covered by these terms.

8. No warranty

We work hard to make the game good and keep it working, but it's provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We can't promise it will be free of bugs or run on every device.

9. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, AppDrop isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost save data, arising from your use of the game. Our total liability for any claim about the game is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

10. Ending these terms

These terms last until you or we end them. You can end them by deleting the game. If you break these terms, your licence ends automatically.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the date at the top when we do. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
